She is a Certified NLP Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, and Play Therapist (National Association of Play Therapy India). Areeba is skilled in conducting a wide range of psychological assessments, including CARS, Conners, ISAA, SLD evaluations, ADOS, developmental assessments and intelligence testing.

She is dedicated to fostering supportive, inclusive and empowering therapeutic spaces for children, adolescents and their families.

Dr. Tauseef Fatima is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Women’s Studies, Aligarh Muslim University, actively contributing to teaching, research, and academic outreach. Trained in law and women’s studies, her interdisciplinary work focuses on gender and legal history, colonial judicial discourse, and women’s socio-legal rights in India.

She has delivered invited lectures at institutions across Punjab, Maharashtra, Hyderabad, New Delhi, and international platforms on themes such as economic self-reliance and sexual harassment legislation. She recently completed an ICSSR-funded Minor Project as Co-Project Director, assessing elderly health in Uttar Pradesh.

Beyond academia, she engages in workshops, awareness campaigns, street plays, and community-based gender sensitization initiatives. She also serves as a Counsellor at Parivar Paramarsh Kendra, Aligarh, mediating marital and family disputes.

Dr. Shazia Malik is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Women’s Studies and Research, University of Kashmir. Her teaching and research focus on gender theory, intersectionality, motherhood, media and social justice in conflict societies.

A recipient of national awards from the Indian History Congress, she has widely published in national and international journals and edited volumes. She has also led major ICSSR-funded research, served in leadership roles including Coordinator and NSS Programme Officer, and is actively engaged in gender sensitization and academic outreach.

Actively engaged in grassroots work, she leads gender sensitization campaigns, street plays and community training programs. She is currently a Co-Investigator on an ICSSR-sponsored project on elderly care in Uttar Pradesh.
